Your celebration, your choices
Milky Way Events is run by Alan Beavis, a sole trader based in Rainworth, Nottinghamshire, NG21 0AQ. Explore magic mirrors, inflatables, light-up letters and numbers, garden games and sweet carts, with individual prices to help you start planning.
Start with what matters to you
A photo keepsake, a statement display or a game that gets guests talking: choose the hire items that fit your plans. Suggested packages are starting ideas, with the final items, availability and price confirmed through an enquiry.
A straightforward conversation
Send your event date, venue postcode and preferred items. We can then discuss the space, access, delivery and practical details before a booking is agreed. The first 10 miles of the normal one-way driving route from our Rainworth base are free for delivery and collection. Beyond that, one £1 per additional mile charge covers both journeys, with any chargeable part-mile rounded up.
