- No special charity rate has been agreed. Published hire prices are the starting point, and any different arrangement must be confirmed in your quote.
- Can we charge guests to use the games?
- Describe your intended format when you enquire so the proposed use can be agreed. Equipment hire does not include advice or permission for fundraising, prize or competition arrangements.
- Will Milky Way Events run the fundraiser?
- The enquiry is for equipment hire, not event management. Confirm who will operate or supervise activities and any other responsibilities before booking.
