Community event hire questions
- Can we choose a small selection of games?
- Yes. Games have individual hire options, alongside the all-fifteen-games offer. Include your preferred items when you enquire.
- Does equipment hire include people to run the stalls?
- Do not assume attendants or stall operators are included. Staffing, supervision and responsibilities need to be agreed with the event organiser before booking.
- Can we use the games at an outdoor event?
- Tell us about the site, surface and weather plans. Outdoor suitability and any restrictions must be confirmed for the chosen equipment; this is not a promise of all-weather use.
